Pith ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pith handles information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

We collect NO personal information from you.

Pith is designed with privacy at its core. The App operates entirely on your device using advanced proprietary on-device AI engines for speech recognition and summarization. We do not collect, store, access, or transmit any of the following:

• Your voice recordings
• Your transcripts
• Your summaries or notes
• Your name, email, or contact information
• Your location data
• Your device identifiers
• Your usage analytics
• Any other personal information

How Your Data Is Processed

On-Device Processing Only

All voice processing, transcription, and summarization happens entirely on your iPhone using advanced local neural engines.

Your data never leaves your device. We have no servers. We have no cloud infrastructure. We cannot access your recordings, transcripts, or summaries because they are stored only on your device.

What Is Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your iPhone in the App's local database:

None of this data is ever uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any server, including ours.

iCloud Backup (Optional)

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, iOS may automatically back up Pith's local data (transcripts and summaries) to your personal iCloud account as part of your device backup. This is controlled entirely by your iPhone's settings, not by Pith.

We do not have access to your iCloud backups. Only you control whether your device data is backed up to iCloud.

Third-Party Services

StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

If you purchase a subscription through the App, the transaction is processed by Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple may collect payment information and transaction details according to their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

No Other Third Parties

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties because we do not collect any personal information.

Your Shared Content

If you use the "Share" feature to send a session summary via Messages, email, AirDrop, or another app, the content you choose to share is transmitted according to the privacy policies of those apps. We do not control or have access to what you share.

Children's Privacy

Pith does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, children can use the App safely without risk of data collection.
